I was on a full sail film project, and I saw how they use the gray gels to dim the lights without lowering the intensity 

My friends sewing machine lightbulb is the worst incandescent light I've ever seen. It bothers the crap outta me

My Xbox lights light up my room at night, giving my room a lime green tint when I sleep. 

There was the brightest lightning strike I've ever seen today. It looked like it actually struck the forest near my house, and blinked at least twice. Pretty phenomenal

In my last RA lab, a buddy of mine was sitting on the couch right under the light, and he looked like a boss.

They changed all the lights at my girlfriends apartment complex, so now all the street lights look like spotlights for a football field. The lights went from a dim yellow streetlight to a bright as shit blue set of field lights. 

We were in lab today, and there was a backboard on stage we decided to light, and the amount of white light there was, combined with the white board, pretty much made the board look like it was glowing on camera. It was pretty cool 

I was driving around Winter Park the other day and hit a stoplight. Unfortunately, the red lens of the stoplight had fallen out, leaving the light bulb exposed. It was funny, because the light had a yellow tint to it, so the red light and the yellow light looked similar.

I was at City Walk again, and I saw the huge inflatable men with light inside them. I was curious as to what kind of lights they had inside the Dancing inflatable guys..... Hmmmmm

Today's weather provided an interesting lighting experience. The overall weather is dark, rainy gloomy, and overcast; but earlier this morning, there was one small break in the clouds that let in a single ray of sunlight. It was quite the sight to behold. It reminded me of the Lion King, where Simba was born, and the ray of sunshine lit him up.
